Logistics People is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our team at our Cannock depot. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating an articulated tipper truck, transporting bulk materials, and ensuring the truck is loaded and unloaded correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate an articulated tipper truck safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload bulk materials, such as aggregates, sand, and gravel
  • Transport materials to various locations, ensuring proper securing and covering
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

  • 12 months of HGV Class 2 driving experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Working Hours:

  • Ad Hoc - Temporary Shifts Available

Pay Rate:

  • £15.12 per hour
