About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients in and around Tunbridge Wells.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lawn cutting and maintenance
  • Landscape gardening and landscaping
  • Greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks
  • Hedge pruning and trimming
  • Spraying and pest control
Requirements
  • Experience in grounds maintenance is essential
  • Full clean UK manual driving licence, vehicle provided
  • IT literate (use of tablet, smartphone apps)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
  • Local to the areas stated above
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8am - 4pm. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a clean vehicle and IT equipment.
