We are seeking a skilled Stretch Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Stretch Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding clients through personalized stretches.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences
  • Guide clients through personalized stretches and seek feedback to optimize their experience
  • Promote KOYO's services and educate clients on their benefits
  • Assist with studio initiatives and events to enhance community engagement
  • Assist with front-of-house duties during 'gap' hours

Requirements:

  • UK Right to Work
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous bodywork experience and Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology (essential)
  • Ability to commute to Richmond

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certification or prior experience providing 1-1 assisted stretch therapy sessions

  • Competitive compensation: Stretch Rate up to £18 p/hr + Commission incentives / up to £13 for Front of House support duties during 'gap' hours
  • Location: Richmond upon Thames
  • Hours: Up to 18 hrs per week (including weekends and flexible hours)
