La négociation salariale sera fondée sur le niveau de responsabilité, l'expérience du candidat et l'équité interne.

Le titulaire du poste aura accès à des données personnelles concernant les enfants, les bénéficiaires et les employés dans le cadre de ses fonctions, nécessitant une vérification des antécédents juridiques.

CONTEXTE & OBJECTIF GÉNÉRAL DU POSTE :

Le département Chaîne d'Approvisionnement de Save the Children International Côte d'Ivoire connaît une augmentation des activités d'approvisionnement de biens et services. Pour gérer cette charge accrue, un soutien temporaire est requis à travers le poste de Consultant en Achats, qui travaillera en collaboration avec l'équipe Procurement pour répondre aux besoins de nos programmes.

Le Consultant en Achats sera responsable, selon ses compétences, de diriger ou de participer à divers processus d'acquisition afin d'assurer un niveau élevé de performance, principalement à travers :

  • Des procédures simplifiées (cotations uniques, cotations simples) menant à l'établissement de bons de commande ( Activités d'Achat).

En cas de crise humanitaire majeure, le titulaire devra adapter ses horaires de travail.

OBJECTIFS SPÉCIFIQUES ET TÂCHES À RÉALISER

En collaboration avec l'équipe Procurement, le Consultant en Achats effectuera les activités suivantes, selon les compétences et les besoins :

  • Traiter les demandes d'achat de biens et services conformément aux politiques de Save the Children et des donateurs, en garantissant le meilleur rapport qualité-prix.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les programmes pour améliorer leurs pratiques dans l'expression des besoins.
  • Solliciter des cotations auprès des fournisseurs, analyser les offres et établir des analyses comparatives.
  • Obtenir l'approbation des responsables de programmes ou des responsables budgétaires.
  • Documenter chaque achat dans l'ERP ProSave et soumettre les demandes d'achat pour validation.
  • Coordonner la livraison des biens et services avec les fournisseurs.
  • Effectuer les réceptions virtuelles des biens dans le système ProSave.
  • Suivre la réception des factures et soumettre les dossiers de paiement au département Finance.
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement les demandes d'achat pour permettre un suivi efficace.
  • Traiter les demandes d'achat dans les délais définis et signaler tout blocage.
  • Assister le Procurement Coordinator dans la préparation des rapports d'activités mensuels.
  • Gérer d'autres tâches assignées par le superviseur selon les besoins.

REMARQUE : Les tâches énumérées ci-dessus ne sont pas exhaustives et le titulaire peut être amené à effectuer d'autres tâches connexes.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Diplôme minimum, BAC +2 en Achats/Approvisionnements, Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Logistique, Commerce International, Droit des Affaires ou domaine connexe, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des Achats. Une certification en Achats ou en Logistique humanitaire serait un atout.

  • Expérience pertinente dans la gestion d'achats complexes.
  • Avoir effectué au moins 06 mois de stage au département Supply Chain de Save the Children.
  • Intérêt marqué pour le domaine des Achats et/ou le secteur du Développement.
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques et rédactionnelles en français.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel et Word.
  • Intégrité et honnêteté.
