Job Summary

Latcom Plc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our current business systems, including Aderant Expert, InTapp Open, SSRS, and Xcelerate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the firm's current business systems, including Aderant Expert, InTapp Open, SSRS, and Xcelerate.
  • Assist in the improvements, development, and further integration of the firm's current practice management system and other financial-related systems.
  • Review and action data integrity for the PMS system and solve/escalate issues.
  • Support monthly routine server and system maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our Accounts teams worldwide, as well as the Partners, Associates, and PA's.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing a firm's finance systems, along with a team of analysts within a law firm.
  • Excellent application and back-end knowledge of Aderant Expert, InTapp Suite.
  • Excellent knowledge of Aderant Framework, including Design Studio.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL.
  • Working knowledge of SSRS, SSAS, or Cognos would be advantageous.

What We Offer

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
