Unique Opportunity for Experienced Financial Advisors

Are you a seasoned Financial Advisor seeking a new challenge in a home-based role? Premier Jobs UK Limited is offering a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join their team as an Independent Financial Advisor.

This is a chance to work with a highly respected IFA firm that is continually improving its client proposition and features in the industry press for its success. You will have the opportunity to work with a client bank, providing you with a steady stream of clients to service and grow your business.

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding your clients' current and future goals and designing strategies to match their objectives. You will also be expected to convert business opportunities provided by the company's marketing initiatives and build your portfolio through proactive activities such as referrals, networking, and social media.

You will deliver advice to clients through a mixture of in-person meetings, virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, or in one of the company's regional offices. The company provides full and comprehensive back office support, including specialist administrators, paraplanners, and compliance managers.

The company offers a range of benefits, including a salary of £50,000 - £75,000 subject to experience and qualifications, plus holiday pay, phone, laptop, and bonus structure to enable excellent OTE. You will also have access to in-house training programmes and support towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

This is a home-based role with travel to meet clients in person and use of the company's regional offices if preferred. Self-employed option is also available for those who prefer.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice
  • Proven track record in converting business opportunities
  • Close to Chartered status preferred
