Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize multilingual skills to support customers in English and Spanish.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate and conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability.
- Work location: In person.
Compensation:
- £20,000.00 per year.
- Commission pay.
