Job Description

Mane Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Site Plans: Create and implement long-term, mid-term, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore works.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources to support site operations, including demand forecasting, resource allocation, and optimization.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop resource models to maximize yield, propose innovative ways of balancing available resources against requirements, and translate long-term plans into short-term and daily plans.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Plan logistic solutions to maximize time in the WTG and minimize travel times and distance traveled.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) Management: Manage and update the SAP system, including maintaining accurate records on equipment and resource usage, raising and managing job requests, and closing completed jobs.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Track progress and provide regular updates to site management on the status of all O&M activities, including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Competent Project or Resource Planner: Proven experience in project planning, resource management, and scheduling.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Planning and Scheduling Tools: Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP and its applications in resource management and planning.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
