Job Title: Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching vehicle mechanics to apprentices and coordinating wider elements of education into the training scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your experience to teach vehicle mechanics to apprentices.
• Organise training plans, problem-solving, trouble-shooting and lessons in line with franchise direction.
• Coordinate wider elements of education into the training scheme such as Maths and English.
• Support and mentor apprentices to ensure they reach maximum potential.
• Comply with government programmes and company procedures.

Requirements:

• You will either possess or be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification.
• A level 3 qualification or equivalent in mechanical repair is required.
