Job Title: Senior Consultant/Associate Director Contract and Dispute Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant/Associate Director to join our Contract and Dispute Management team at ecruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on contract and dispute management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on dispute resolution and negotiation techniques

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract and dispute management, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
