We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our social housing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including minor plumbing works, building work, and drainage related tasks
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided)
Requirements:
- City & Guilds qualification in plumbing
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant
- Valid full or automatic UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
