The Role
As a Line Cook Specialist, you will be integral to our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

Your responsibilities include:

Kitchen Oversight:
Manage a designated area within the kitchen, supervising food preparation and cooking processes.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to innovate and refine menu offerings.

Quality Assurance:
Adhere to recipes and uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Operational Standards:
Follow in-house food safety protocols and regulations diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Line Cook in a comparable environment.
