About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing 3rd Line support and ongoing maintenance across a range of enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for infrastructure-related issues, including Windows Server Operating Systems, Linux Enterprise OS, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure projects, including operational improvements and new service delivery solutions.
  • Support a diverse range of clients across the Energy, Renewables, and other sectors, deploying various technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux Enterprise OS.
  • Experience with operating Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
  • Application packaging/deployment experience would be beneficial.
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Administration of Nutanix AHV clusters is important.
  • Microsoft Azure administration experience, particularly IaaS, AVD.
  • Experience managing Active Directory and associated services (DNS/DHCP).
  • Knowledge of Rubrik and Nasuni would be advantageous, but not critical.
