**Role Overview:**

* Position: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
* Location: Shrewsbury
* Contract Type: Temporary
* Hours: 8:30-15:30

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide support to students with special educational needs
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Develop and implement strategies to support student learning
* Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements:**

* Passion for working with children and supporting their learning
* Willingness to undergo training and professional development
* Experience working with children with additional needs
