Overview:
We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in the servicing and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background working with various manufacturers and brands. A solid understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and IP networking is essential, as programming and configuration at a fundamental level are integral to this position.

Role Responsibilities:
This full-time position for a Field Service Technician involves:
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the field.
  • Providing technical support and maintenance services.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conducting repairs and servicing of security systems.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electronic Security or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years).
  • Proficient in Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Intruder Systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Understanding of digital electronics principles and health and safety regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
