About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Translation Project Manager to join our team at Etymax Global Language Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing translation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage translation projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Perform in-house translation, revision, and quality control as needed.
  • Build and maintain translation memory and glossary databases.
  • Handle client queries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with linguists and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality translations.
Requirements
  • Strong Spanish and/or German language skills, with fluency in English.
  • Excellent linguistic and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, etc.).
  • Good client-handling skills and confidence in budgeting projects to achieve margin targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MA degree in Translation Studies with a focus on Spanish or German.
  • Experience in translation agency project management.
  • Knowledge of other languages, particularly Hebrew or Arabic.
