We are seeking a skilled Transport Customer Service Manager to join our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the transport requirements of assigned clients, ensuring all deliveries are planned, coordinated, and executed in line with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transport requirements of assigned clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Centres and subcontractors to arrange and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Review, verify, and process invoices, addressing and resolving any discrepancies or queries promptly.
  • Handle queries from customers, subcontract hauliers, and warehousing sites via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar transport customer service role.
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with colleagues and clients at all levels.
