Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor students to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and update the curriculum to reflect current industry trends and standards

Requirements
  • Proven industry experience in carpentry with a strong hands-on background
  • Level 3 NVQ qualification (or higher) in Carpentry or a related field
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to mentor and develop the next generation of carpenters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students
