About the RoleThis is a fixed-term contract for 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work on a casual basis to achieve a better work-life balance. You will work alongside our experienced team to create a safe and engaging environment for our children to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement engaging play activities to promote learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
- A competitive hourly rate of £10 per hour (plus Bank Holiday and Qualification enhancements)
- A flexible working pattern to suit your needs
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- A minimum of a Level 2 in Early Years care and Education
- A commitment to working with our children and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that all candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. This role involves regulated activity with children. You should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.
