About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing a site team, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a site team including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers
  • Monitor health and safety on site
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing similar contracts, including schemes within tenanted properties
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on quality and health and safety
  • A current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
