Job Description

Meallmore is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Belleaire House Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care to our residents, who are frail, elderly, or living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
  • Oversee all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs.
  • Mentor and support your team members, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans, tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the NMC (RGN).
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
