Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Workflow Executive to join our Event Delivery Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing processes to enhance communication and productivity within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the VP, Workflow & Strategy, in process and relationship management with key stakeholders.
  • Support the planning, organization, and delivery of events within the LIV Golf portfolio.
  • Work with the events delivery team and event management companies to collect and curate key event milestone documents and manage progress tracking software.
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage agenda points and action items as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks, reporting to the VP, Workflow & Strategy to maintain transparency throughout the organization.
  • Manage the team to organize, store, and share files internally and externally.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop strong working relationships with professional counterparts in Event Management Groups to standardize processes.
  • Provide support to the ticketing and accreditation teams to collect, manage, and distribute V.I.P. and guest information.
  • Manage the event team travel calendar.
  • Create the event progress dashboard for reporting key information.
  • Work closely with the tournament admin and logistics team to maintain uniform and apparel inventory lists, assist in the organization and distribution of uniform onsite at events, execute the registration of players, caddies, and ProAm guests at events, and plan the operational running of player and ProAm registration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year golf tournament planning experience.
  • Competent in Office 365 suite.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead process improvement.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, including the ability to communicate confidently and professionally across all levels of the business.
