About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers, negotiating trading agreements, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, including shop owners and regional managers
- Negotiate trading agreements to drive sales growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a field-based role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
