About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at RE People. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in procurement software a plus.
