We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Nexgen Group, a leading provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Residential/Social Housing sites in the Colchester area.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames to a high standard.
- Sweep and mop floors using the correct equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks to a high standard.
- Clean communal kitchen areas and ensure they are hygienic and safe for use.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior professional cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career development and growth.
