The Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our renewable energy sites. This position requires a strong understanding of operational site safety requirements and familiarity with the Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage site work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct inductions and toolbox talks to ensure site personnel are aware of safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain good health and safety practice on site, including conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Monitor production and operations regularly to identify and respond to faults and minimize downtime.
- Manage regular maintenance works to site equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure building/site security and safety systems are maintained in good working order.
- Provide timely reporting on completed and scheduled works.
- Support our relationships with landowners, local communities, and project stakeholders.
- Experience in managing operations and maintenance of renewable energy sites, including wind farms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software.
- Ability to take, store, and manipulate photographs to support site inspection reports.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain high-quality, detailed records of work undertaken and planned.
- Full UK driving license.
