Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships with contract broiler producers.
- Ensure the integrity of Avara's business by collaborating with farm owners and staff.
- Provide technical support to farms and contribute to market trend analysis.

- Organize and prioritize tasks to improve production areas.
Requirements:
- Sound understanding of poultry farming, including animal welfare standards and commercial knowledge.
- Ability to adapt management style to influence and motivate contract growers.
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of audit processes.
- Previous management experience and commitment to development.
