Senior Night Residential Care Worker

Your primary responsibility will be to promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, providing support and guidance to help our young people achieve their goals and build hope for their future.
As a Senior Night Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for deputising for the night shift coordinator when necessary, ensuring the smooth operation of our care services. You will also contribute to the development of our care team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of our care services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Social Care and the Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Caring for Children and Young People at Level 3 or above, or equivalent qualifications recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). You will also need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a registered supervisor within the first six months of employment.
