We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our Real Estate team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, conducting market research, and assisting in the preparation of investment memos and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and valuation, for potential co-investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence on prospective real estate assets.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committees and investors.
  • Support the execution of equity co-investments, including coordinating due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing closings.
  • Monitor the performance of co-investments, tracking financial metrics and market conditions.
  • Assist in identifying new investment opportunities and strategies to enhance the real estate portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • ~2-5 years of experience in real estate co-investments, private equity, investment banking, or related fields with a focus on real estate.
  • ~ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • ~ In-depth understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
