Trade Counter Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Counter Team Leader to join our team at Search. As a Trade Counter Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of 5 people in a fast-paced environment, handling customer service, administrative tasks, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team by example and motivation
  • Efficiently handle and process all orders with accuracy
  • Handle all customer/supplier enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer contacts are logged on CRM
  • Work with all departments to ensure the customer needs are met
  • Analyse all customer issues and assist to resolve all within required timeframe
  • Comply with existing Company processes and engage in a continuous improvement manner
Requirements:
  • Previous Supervisory or Team leading experience either office or Retail based
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Accuracy with good attention to detail
  • Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a can-do, problem-solving attitude and ability to work fast paced in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • High level of Commitment and determined approach to outbound calling
  • Quick and efficient working style with positive approach
