Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Pharmacy Digital Care team in the transition from Lorenzo to Cerner EPMA
  • Work strategically with the EPMA Central Workstream Lead and other EPMA leads to ensure the digital medicines agenda is planned and implemented safely
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and pharmacy peers, Trust IT, and suppliers to ensure alignment of priorities and coordination of activities during transition and implementation
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to improve safe and efficient patient care
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical or digital field
  • Experience with administering EPMA systems
  • Project management record of delivering change in healthcare
