Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate scaffolding projects to meet client requirements and deadlines
  • Supervise and train scaffolding teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project needs and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced scaffolding certification
  • Proven experience in industrial or marine scaffolding
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Compensation:

  • Part 1: £19ph - £21ph (overtime), £35 per night (digs)
  • Part 2/Advanced: £25ph - £26.50ph (overtime), £35 per night (accommodation)
