Role Overview: The position involves providing engineering expertise in electrical and building services within the built environment. You will play a crucial role in both the design and project management phases of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering Partner, providing weekly progress updates.
  • Ensure projects are executed to the highest standards, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Support junior team members with technical inquiries.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and drawings based on client requirements.
  • Evaluate received tenders and compile comprehensive tender reports with recommendations.
  • Oversee site works from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Perform inspections of existing installations and generate condition reports.

Required Skills:

  • Degree or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Membership in the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and/or The Energy Institute (or equivalent organizations).
  • Chartered Engineer status or in the process of obtaining it.
