Job Summary:
Vivid Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Network Inspector to join our team in a full-time contract position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all streetworks and road works comply with the requirements of the NRSWA and the Traffic Management Act 2004, while minimizing disruption to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- To inspect the work carried out by utility and highways contractors to ensure compliance with legislation.
- To coordinate and issue permits for works across the area, assessing traffic management plans and ensuring all works are compliant.
- To conduct section 81 inspections, customer complaint resolutions, core sampling, and defect inspections.
- To assist in the management and inspections of streetworks and road works throughout the area.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the NRSWA and Traffic Management Act 2004.
- Excellent inspection and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
