Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista to join our team at Sam's, Genuine Restaurants Group. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages to a high standard
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with restocking of fridges and shelves with our products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in the coffee service industry, with a focus on latte art skills
  • 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry, with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service
  • Tidy and self-disciplined, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Detailed-focused and passionate about product quality
  • Customer-focused, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests
