Key Responsibilities:
- Source exceptional teaching and support professionals for educational institutions across your designated region.
- Meet weekly performance targets and KPIs, established in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Implement marketing strategies to cultivate a consistent flow of candidates and clients through both traditional and digital channels.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead by example to drive business development alongside your team.
- Communicate current sales objectives, campaigns, and pertinent information to team members.
- Encourage the team to achieve optimal results while prioritizing well-being.
- Ensure compliance with TeacherActive's standards.
- Engage with clients regularly to maintain high satisfaction levels and respond to feedback.
- Identify and recruit candidates for specialized teaching, eLearning, and leadership positions as needed.

- Contribute positively to the Leadership Development Group (LDG).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the education sector to maximize potential opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing growth and GP targets.
- Ability to drive high activity levels.
- Experience in a high compliance environment.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive collaboration with central support teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
To be considered, candidates should ideally possess substantial agency experience in education or health/social care recruitment, although other sectors will also be taken into account.
