As a Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will oversee, motivate, and inspire a team of dedicated Recruitment Specialists to achieve their objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source exceptional teaching and support professionals for educational institutions across your designated region.
  • Meet weekly performance targets and KPIs, established in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Implement marketing strategies to cultivate a consistent flow of candidates and clients through both traditional and digital channels.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead by example to drive business development alongside your team.
  • Communicate current sales objectives, campaigns, and pertinent information to team members.

To be considered, candidates should ideally possess substantial agency experience in education or health/social care recruitment, although other sectors will also be taken into account.
