Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to our residents
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining food supplies, fridge, and freezer temperatures
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a care home setting
- NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation, or willingness to study for one
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain high standards of food quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications
