About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Case Management: Manage a caseload of new build property matters, including sales & purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  2. Client Care: Demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge, and communicate complex legal matters into a commercially astute and understandable format.
  3. Team Collaboration: Build lasting working relationships with clients and house builder referrers, and liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  4. Business Development: Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work, and generate a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and develop staff, and consistently play an active role in the team's business development activities and budgets.
About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have the following attributes, skills, and experience:

  1. Conveyancing Experience: Previous experience working on new build purchase and sale matters.
  2. Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification.
  3. Client Care: A commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  4. Commercial Awareness: Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
  5. Leadership Skills: Experience in assisting with or managing, supervising, training, and developing support staff.
  6. Conveyancing Knowledge: A thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures.
  7. Organisation: Be organised and process-driven.
  8. IT Literacy: Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  9. Financial Performance: Credible past and consistent billing/financial performance.
