Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Room Attendant to join our Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors, and providing a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide turn-down service to guests, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and adherence to hotel procedures.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the supervisor.
  • Use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards.
  • Perform all duties with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient floor section in line with Raffles standards and LQA.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings.
  • Ensure uniform is clean and in good condition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
