Position Overview

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of educators focused on delivering Manual Handling instruction.

To be considered for this role, applicants must clearly outline their expertise, experience, and qualifications specifically related to the delivery of Manual Handling education.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be tasked with creating, executing, and upholding a high standard of Manual Handling education in both classroom environments and various workplaces. This training will cater to all tiers of clinical personnel.

Responsibilities include conducting Manual Handling competency assessments for individuals in their respective work settings.

The educator will also be responsible for the development and revision of Manual Handling courses in line with best practices and current regulations.

Maintaining accurate training records is essential to support the learning documentation for employees.

Evaluating the competency of all staff participating in Manual Handling training is crucial to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Proven experience in delivering Manual Handling education to diverse groups.
  • Experience in assessing Manual Handling competence in both classroom and workplace settings.
