UHI Perth is a leading College of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland's newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Health and Fitness Instructor to join our team at ASW gym. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a variety of health and fitness services to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fitness classes, programming, personal training, group training, community health & fitness, and other services to a high standard.
- Develop and implement new fitness programs and classes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with the Gym & Fitness Manager and Lead Fitness Instructor to ensure the smooth operation of ASW gym.
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt to the needs of a diverse range of customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in the sport, fitness, health and wellbeing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
