Senior Flood Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flood Risk Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on flood risk management and hydrology to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and retail developments. You will be required to complete flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, and detailed SuDS design using Microdrainage and Causeway Flow.
Key Responsibilities- Complete and review flood risk assessments and drainage strategies for planning applications
- Design and implement SuDS systems using Microdrainage and Causeway Flow
- Conduct hydrological assessments and review hydraulic modeling
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in hydrology or civil engineering and experience in flood risk assessment and drainage design. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills.
