Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking two highly skilled Finance Assistants to join our team at an established and reputable business in the finance sector. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in a shared services centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process day-to-day transactions on sales and purchase ledgers, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Post and reconcile monthly bank and credit card accounts.
  • Provide support to the Finance Business Partner with general ledger journals, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
