Warehouse Stock Controller Opportunity

Priority Appointments is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse Stock Controller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and monitor work orders, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  2. Organize daily shipping for customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Attend meetings to promote continuous improvement and contribute to the development of our warehouse team.
  4. Load and unload vehicles, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  5. Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  6. Take responsibility for shift Health and Safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a background in a stores setting who can:

  1. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  2. Be self-motivated and proactive in their approach to work.
  3. Hold a driving license and have a forklift license as an advantage.
What We Offer:

As a Warehouse Stock Controller with Priority Appointments, you will be offered:

  1. A competitive hourly rate of £13p/h DOE.
  2. A regular working schedule of 6am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
  3. 20 days holiday, increasing by a day each year up to 23 after 5 years.
  4. A Christmas close-down period.
  5. Immediate pension enrolment with 3% employer and 5% employee contributions.
