Area Manager Opportunity in Northern Ireland

We are representing a national and international retail and hospitality group in the search for a people-oriented Area Manager based in the Northern Ireland Region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for career development as they seek individuals wanting not only to be an Area Manager but to be on a development plan for the next level Regional Manager.

You will be joining at a time when the business is growing within the market, where no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and mentor the people you manage, identifying training needs to maximize profitability.
  • Complete regular Store Visits, focusing on Health & Safety, customer satisfaction, productivity vs payroll costs, and operational and commercial reporting in-store.
  • Analyze area performance and develop strategies to drive people metrics.
  • Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, with the ability to address any issues in-store through the understanding of HR disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Currently working as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Regional Manager within a people and customer-focused business in any of the following sections:
  • Food / Convenience
  • Restaurant / Fast Food
  • Department Store
  • General Merchandise
  • Luxury Food / Clothing

You will need to be able to drive and have a full license for the role, as locations will vary within Belfast or the greater region.
