## Job Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at MCG Construction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction sector.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
* Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
* Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation
* Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company standards

## Requirements:

* Proven track record in sales, with the ability to win new business and build lasting client relationships
* Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, but not essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively
