Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Flint Store team and drive sales and profits. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels, ensure adequate stock is available on the shop floor, and implement promotions as directed by Head Office or the Area Business Manager.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation, both in the windows and the interior of the store, and ensure that the store is secure whenever it is left unattended.
  • Lead and develop a team of colleagues, providing training, work reviews, and appraisals to enable them to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively recruit volunteers to deliver the store's objectives and KPIs, and ensure that all financial, cash handling, and security procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet the needs of customers on a face-to-face basis.
  • Experience of managing people, leading a team, and implementing promotions.
  • Ability to liaise and respond to a variety of people from varying backgrounds.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to handle cash and reconcile accurately.
  • Proven experience of meeting targets and KPIs.
