## Early Years Practitioner Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for delivering our 'Learning through play' ethos, developing innovative activities to challenge our children, and building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality educational experiences to children
* Develop and implement engaging learning activities
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Promote child welfare and ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed

### Requirements

* NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-motivation, innovation, and a positive outlook
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Lots of energy and a passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children
