Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our A-Plan Consumer & Local Commercial team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving organization, where you will receive comprehensive training and the chance to earn industry-recognized qualifications.

- Strong interpersonal skills to engage in meaningful conversations, listen actively, and build relationships with clients to understand their needs.

- A background in sales is beneficial, but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training, workshops, coaching, and support for obtaining industry qualifications.
- A passion for the insurance field and an entrepreneurial spirit; many successful opportunities arise from team members who are enthusiastic about their areas of expertise.
- Ambition and drive; we promote from within, and every leader in our organization began their journey as an Insurance Advisor. We equip you with the necessary tools, and all we ask is for your commitment to succeed.
