We are seeking a highly skilled People Consultant to join our Royal London People Leader Advisory team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to People Leaders across the organization on a range of people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of people policies, assessing their effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide specialist advisory services to People Leaders on employment law, employee relations, and people management.
- Collaborate with the People Partner and Centre of Excellence to provide coaching, guidance, and upskilling to People Leaders and other stakeholders.
- Champion the People Team operating model and ensure its effective implementation across the organization.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Sound technical skills in employment legislation and people policies.
- Depth of expertise and technical skills in employee relations case management.
- Effective consultancy skills and ability to provide advice, guidance, and support to People Leaders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
